H1 Communication AB has a Scandinavian outlook and operates in the CRM area.

H1 has approximately 400 employees in Sweden and Norway and manages more than 20 million customer contacts per year for its customers, both in the public and private sectors. H1 provides a wide range of call centre services. For example, Customer service, Technical support, Switchboard and CRM services.

H1’s ambition is to the lead the Call Centre sector in Scandinavia, through its own philosophy, unique methodologies and leading-edge technologies.
