CustID – secure identification process

Increase security and optimize customer identification using BankID

Digitalization continuous to drive the need for personal integrity. More and more information is handled digitally and to support integrity an identification process are often needed in the CX. Charing legal, financial, or personal information also drives the customer’s expectation of secure identification, so it is both a customer demand but also a corporate information security matter.

The conventional way to securely identify a customer is verifying through control questions which is a time-consuming manual process of a customer service agent. Using CustID, customer identification can be done quickly and securely in the IVR using eID.

CustID can be implemented as a manual process where identification is done at the request of the customer service agent during an ongoing case.
