At the start of your employment and during your employment in the H1 Communication AB group, the information we collect includes the following:

The information you give us is necessary in order for you to enter into an employment relationship with us.

What do we do with your information?

All data is used to enable a valid employment contract to be maintained. We process personal data on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:

Who may we share your information with?

We may transfer your information to selected third parties or share it with them. We adopt all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data is processed securely and with a suitable level of protection in the case of any transfer to or sharing with such selected third parties. We may share your information with the following parties or on the following occasions:

  • Suppliers and subcontractors such as companies in our group
    If necessary, we will share your personal data with suppliers or subcontractors in order to meet commitments in accordance with our contract with you and for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
  • Authorities
    We may supply necessary information to authorities such as the Swedish Police or the Swedish Tax Agency if we are required to do so by law or if you have given your consent for us to do so. Measures against money laundering and terrorist financing is one example of when we have a legal obligation as an employer to provide information.
  • Clients
    Some of our assignments require you to provide your name, address and personal identity number in order to be able to work on the assignment. In these situations, we ensure that the client is GDPR-compliant.
  • Disposal
    We may share your information with a third party:

    • If we sell or purchase a business or assets. In these cases, we may supply your personal data to a potential seller or purchaser of any such business or assets.
    • If a substantial part of our assets is acquired by a third party.

Please note that we will never sell your personal data to a third party.

Where do we process your personal data?

We always endeavour to process your data within the EU/EEA. However, in certain situations your data may be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EU/EEA by a company in our group or by another supplier or subcontractor. Since we are determined to protect your data at all times, we will adopt all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data is processed securely and with an adequate level of protection that is comparable to the protection offered within the EU/EEA.

How long do we store your personal data?

We store your data for as long as is necessary to meet our agreed commitments to you and for as long as is required in accordance with statutory storage times.

Your rights of access, correction and erasure

    You can request a copy (known as an extract from the register) and verify the information we hold on you. You can request a copy free of charge.
  • Right of correction
    You have a right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information on you.
  • Right to be erased (“the right to be forgotten”)
    You have a right to request erasure of your personal data in cases in which the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Nevertheless, legal obligations may exist that prevent us from immediately erasing parts of your data. These obligations derive from bookkeeping and tax legislation. In these cases, we block the data we are obliged to save so it can’t be used for any purpose other than to fulfil such legal obligations.
